A Visit to the Park and many more pictures

We don't really have too much to say, so we'll just get to the pictures...

Silas loves squash...
And rice (so far he does not like apples or bananas and today we tried peas for the first time and he loved them -- not what I would have thought but we'll take it)
Silas loves to read his books. He is really good at turning the pages and loves to feel all the sensory parts. (Here he is reading Curly's Friends, one of his favorites.)

Silas was helping me to make St. Patrick's Day dinner. One of his new favorite things is to look up at whoever is holding him. It is pretty cute.

Here's our little muscle man doing some push-ups

One of his favorite things to play with... my hair.
This was Paul's hat when he was little (it says PAUL all the way around!)

This is one of Silas' "art projects" He paints with his food on his tray.

A few days ago we went to the park, here are some pictures, we had a lot of fun. Silas really enjoyed looking at the rushing river, swinging in the swing, and playing in the grass. However, he did not appreciate the wind blowing in his face.

(we just got a new umbrella stroller so we don't have to haul our big one everywhere and we have it even if we weren't planning on needing one.)

Silas' other favorite toy... the RED Ritz cracker box.
He is actually staying on his tummy!
And of course there is Silas' best friend, THE CLOCK!
------
Here Silas is out with some other babies from the seminary (Silas, Lily, and Isaiah) We only got one picture of Silas looking at the camera, he was much more interested in the grass!

Well, hope you all enjoyed the pictures! On Wednesday Silas will be 7 Months old and has his "6 Month Check-up" So we will post his new stats soon.
------
Oh yes, and congratulations to our friends Walt and Laura on the birth of their baby girl, Abigail Grace!
